How is the price worked out?
Every charter is quoted for your trip, based on the vehicle, duration or itinerary, and distance. Your quote sets out the fare and any tolls, parking, entry fees or overtime that may apply, before you confirm.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A deposit or advance payment may be needed to confirm your booking. The amount is stated in your quote and goes towards the total fare.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the charter starts may qualify for a full or partial refund, less any processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours are generally non-refundable. Full details are in our KumCharter terms.
What happens if we run late or need extra time?
Waiting time is included as stated in your booking confirmation. Extra waiting time, extensions or changes to the itinerary are subject to availability and charged at our prevailing rates.
What if our flight is delayed?
Share your flight number when you book and let us know of any changes. We plan around your arrival, but delays and changes may affect waiting time charges.
Can we set up a recurring schedule?
Yes. Many of our corporate clients use KumCharter for daily staff commutes and regular shuttles. We can put a longer-term agreement in place for recurring transport.
Can we brand the vehicles for our event?
Vehicle branding is possible with our prior written approval, and may involve additional charges.
