Do I need my own car?
Yes. You’ll drive your own sedan, SUV, MPV or van. Fleet operators can register their own vehicles as charter partners.
How do I get paid?
All trips are cashless. Your earnings are paid straight to your bank account on a scheduled payout cycle. We will explain how earnings and payouts work for your role during onboarding.
Can I choose when I drive?
Yes. Go online when it suits you. Once you accept a trip, we count on you to complete it.
Is there training?
Yes. Our trainers take you through the app, our service standards and safety procedures before your first trip.
What if something goes wrong on a trip?
Our operations team is available around the clock. Report any issue through the app or WhatsApp, and we will look into it.
