Why do I need to update my app?
We are rolling out a major update that introduces our new token-based loyalty program. Users who receive the update will need to update their app to access the new system and convert their existing points into tokens.
I haven't received the update. When will I get it?
To ensure a smooth transition, we are deploying the update to only 10% of our active users first. The remaining users will receive the update in the coming weeks after we confirm the stability of the new system.
I completed a ride, but I don’t see my points anymore. Are they lost?
No, your rewards are still being accumulated in the background. If you haven’t received the update yet, your current points won’t be visible, but rest assured they are still being tracked. Once the update is rolled out to you, you will be able to see your token balance.
How do I convert my points to tokens?
Once you receive the update, you will see a button in the app that allows you to convert your existing points into tokens. Simply click on it to complete the conversion.
If I don’t update my app, will I still earn tokens?
Yes, you will continue to earn tokens even if you haven’t updated your app yet. However, you won’t be able to see them until you receive the update.
What if I encounter issues with the update?

What if I forget to convert my points? Will I lose them?
Yes, there will be a deadline to convert your points into Kum$ tokens. If you do not convert them before the deadline, your points will expire, and you will not receive any tokens in exchange. The deadline will be announced soon, so please update your app and convert your points as soon as possible to avoid losing them.
