Yes, we encourage all existing Kumpool users to download the new Kummute app by 16th September 2024. Your existing account information, including credits and bookings, will be transferred to the Kummute app when you sign in with your current login credentials. Ensure you update to the new app to continue using our services seamlessly.

Ride
The arrival time shown in the app is an estimate and may vary subject to traffic conditions. Should you have any queries, kindly write to us at cs@kumpool.com.my or you may send a feedback through the Kummute app.
All rides are shared within the community, late-comers will delay the journey for all passengers. Hence, drivers will not wait for any passenger who is late.
Kindly ensure you’re at your stop at least 5-10 minutes before the estimated arrival time of your vehicle.
If you happen to miss your ride, you’ll need to make a new booking.
Kummute works by gathering passenger bookings in real-time. It includes as many passengers as possible that travel in the same direction. This may affect the sequence of stops.
